Lessons of a Biker Mom

Some people live their entire lives stuck in their first thoughts. I refuse that existence. Who knew thinking would take so much work? The good news is that once you start paying attention it gets easier and easier.

Making Meatballs in a Heat Wave

There are so many things I could write about from this situation, but the biggest hurdle I overcame, was letting go. There was absolutely nothing I could do about what happened so I focused my energy where it was better served:

Shifting with the WHY

We all have voices in our heads. They come from various beliefs, psychological realities, and stories we've been told. I propose that the voice we all want to add, the voice who will save us from the human trap of fear, pain, and stuckness, is the voice of your WHY word.

You don't have to love it all.

Now that I know what's really going on I can do something about it. I can take inspired action. If I didn't keep asking questions I would probably still be in my car crying. There's nothing wrong with crying, but I'd rather keep the tears to a minimum and make shit happen.
