Shway It with a WHY
In preparation for an incredible program I'm launching with a dear friend, I've been doing some really INTENSE work. I've been taking a deeper and more honest look at myself and the stories I've been living out and holding on to. Everything feels so raw and exciting right now, that I'm not quite ready to share, but I can feel the energy shift in my entire family as I show up to my life in this new way. My own clarity is rippling through our home and clearing gunk from not only our physical space, but our minds and hearts. I feel like we all have more space to breathe in.
I've done a lot of work with Feng Shui in the past, but I've never had the tools to heal the wounds I've uncovered like I do now. The combination of working with my WHY word as I explore and shift the physical arrangement of my home is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I feel unstoppable, a feeling I've felt before, but this time I'm choosing to leave some baggage behind. I'm choosing to grow past some of the things that I've allowed to sabotage me in the past.
I share with you this week, because as Spring rolls around it's a perfect time for us all to create a fresh start. We get to decide how we want to emerge into the world; we get to decide where we want to grow and who we will let fertilize our dreams, or stomp on our growth. We are each in control of our experience here in this human body. Things happen, life gets messy, but we get to decide how to react, what to think, and how to show up.
Showing up to my life in such a powerful way with WHY work and Feng Shui, is quite possibly the most transformational work I've ever done. Things are about to get REALLY good!
Here's how I do the work:
- "It's time for a fresh start."
Who does this thought belong to?
- Me! and I'm EXCITED!.
What purpose does this thought serve?
When am I ready to release this thought?
Where do I need to put this thought next?
- To work.
Why am I giving this thought power?
- Because I've reached a level I got comfortable with, and now it's time to move on up again, kick things up a notch!
How can my WHY and or purpose lead me to my next action?
My WHY is GROWTH.
GROWTH asks me to get uncomfortable and face my fears and weaknesses.
GROWTH reminds me that expansion comes in waves, and it's time for another one.
GROWTH says, "Do the work mama, it will be worth it."
This work is EVERYTHING.
