is a series of monthly workshops only for people
who’ve personally experienced abortion,
are 100% pro-choice,
want to grow from their experience,
and are ready to feel less alone and more purposeful.

You had an abortion,
but sometimes it feels like the abortion had you.

You want to feel better;
you know it’s possible,
but it feels like a mountain you are unprepared to climb.

I know the feeling.
I was there.
Now I’m not.
My clients were there.
Now they’re not.

As we closed the year in 2020 I kept asking myself,
“What do we need in this next chapter?”
“What is going to serve our end goal of
finding peace, living in freedom,
and further smashing the abortion stigma?”

The answer kept whispering to me:

“Together”

“Together we RISE”

”Together Out-loud”

We can’t take our abortions back,
but we can take our lives back, and it starts here.

These workshops are designed to:

• free your mind from the chatter,

• give you tools to stop ruminating in “what ifs” and “if onlys”

• invite you to give meaning and purpose to your experience

• and create mental, emotional, and spiritual connections that give you the strength you desire to thrive.

The details:

• Workshops are held February-November 2021
  on each third Sunday from 6:00-8:00pm EST

• Meetings are hosted in zoom, a free video conference platform where you may participate by audio and or video

• Recordings will be shared of the teaching portion of the workshop, but not the group coaching and discussion. This allows you to experience the content over and over as desired, and maintains safe confidential space for all participants.

• Each workshop will have new content. Topics will be announced one month prior to each event and may include: cultivating healthy relationships, inviting forgiveness, boosting confidence, accessing freedom, releasing shame, etc…

• All participants will have access to further discounted 1:1 coaching

To make these workshops accessible for more people I am opening a sliding scale price (this is not something I offer for my 1:1 and program coaching). Sliding fee $30-$50. To learn more click HERE.

You are welcome to join one or all workshops at any point in the year. To join a workshop simply send your desired payment through PayPal. Within 24 hours of making your payment you will receive a confirmation email and links to the workshop material.
