Holiday weeks can be full of feels. In this episode I invite you to set some intentions and change the way you think about gratitude.

  • Gratitude is an “AND” situation. It doesn’t replace other things we are feeling, it’s about balance and acknowledgement. It’s about expanding your human experience.
